Where does WHD.usa take place?
WHD.usa 2017 will take place at the historic Tropicana Hotel, perfectly located on the Las Vegas Strip. Completely refurbished just a few years ago, the Tropicana bridges the best of Old and New Las Vegas.
What kind of people will I meet?
At WHD.usa 2017 you will meet executives and leaders from the top hosting companies, software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and content creators from across the United States, and around the world.
Why is WHD.usa located in Las Vegas?
While other technology conferences meet in boring convention centers and on school campuses, WorldHostingDays is famous for putting events in the most fun and exciting locations available. And we are going to do the same thing in North America. For the third installment of WHD.usa in 2017 we are moving to America’s largest amusement park — Las Vegas, Nevada.
Where can I book my room at the Tropicana?
You will soon be able to book your room at a discounted price. We will publish the link as soon as it is available.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
No. All WorldHostingDays events are for hosting and cloud professionals. Children are not allowed to attend.
I would like to attend. What is the entrance fee?
Registration will be free until July 1st 2017. After this date, you can purchase a ticket online, but you can also contact one of our WHD.usa partners to get a free registration code. Our partners can invite a certain number of people to attend at no cost by using special promotion codes. You can contact any one of the partners listed on the WHD.usa site to get one. You may even be doing business with some of them already!
What’s included in a Standard Pass?
Your Standard Pass includes access to the hosting.FAIR, all conference sessions, as well as premium catering during all event days for lunch, snacks, and coffee breaks. You probably won’t have to purchase a separate meal unless you want to. Most evenings wine, beer, and cocktails are also served at the many events.
What’s included in a VIP Pass?
The VIP Pass includes all benefits of Standard Pass, plus:
VIP status with a distinctive badge
Admission to the VIP lunch roundtable
Admission to Executive Dinner
Free 1-on-1 meeting tables
Do I have to bring any registration confirmation to the event?
Yes, your registration confirmation will be required for name badge pick-up.
I have registered but I would like to modify my contact details. Is it possible?

I am already registered but I have now received a VIP code … can I upgrade to VIP?
Do I have to sponsor in order to be able to speak or give a presentation?

Can I get the attendee list?
Due to data protection laws, we are unable to distribute any attendee lists. However, if you register for WHD.usa, you will be able to use our WHD networking tool which will allow you to see and contact other participants. This tool will be available two weeks prior to the event.
